      YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE

      We are looking for a FP&A Director (CDD) in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA. Your mission will be to:

      As part of a replacement for maternity leave, we are looking for a FP&A Director on a fixed-term contract, for a period of around 8 months.
      Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will have a dual mission of financial steering and transformation of the function within the group through the following responsibilities:

      1. Monitoring the financial performance of the group:

      Analyze results by geography and by function
      Establish the Group's management reports and prepare presentations to the Executive Committee, shareholders and the Group's financial partners
      Leading the rolling forecast and annual budget process in close collaboration with Managing Directors and the Leadership team.
      Monitor and manage CAPEX
      Calculate intercompany rebilling related to structural costs (IT, insurance, etc.)
      Be a driver for improving the Group's performance

      2. Steering the transformation of the FP&A function

      Participate in the implementation of Onestream as a new reporting tool.
      Simplify existing management procedures and propose changes in processes and practices, then support each subsidiary in implementing locally
      Promote the sharing of best practices, methods and management tools
      Lead any specific transformation project to improve the group's financial performance

      To accomplish these missions, you will be supported by a team of experienced 2 central FP&A analysts and will work in close collaboration with all the group's management controllers.

      • You have a higher education degree in Finance and have solid experience in financial planning and analysis in an international industrial environment.
      • Your IT skills and your interest in information systems are well established.
      • To carry out your missions in an international context, fluency in English is essential.
      • You will be a key player in the evolutionary vision of the company's results and will play a real role of Business Partner with both a strategic and operational vision.
      • Your analytical skills, your vision, your business orientation and your strength of proposal will be a real asset to participate in the transformation of the function in a human-sized group.
      • You are at ease in a multicultural environment, in contact with all levels of interlocutors and all the functions of the group.
      • Your interpersonal skills, your ability to adapt, combined with a positive and constructive attitude will ensure that your will ensure the support of your main contacts within the group.
