- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, offering financial insights to support operational decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business performance and optimize financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with accounting and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a substantial background in leadership roles.
