  Tatum Professional Search is looking for a motivated FP&A Director! We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Director to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. As the FP&A Director, you will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function, overseeing a team of skilled professionals. You will collaborate with executives and department heads to drive financial performance, support long-term planning, and ensure the overall financial health of the organization.   responsibilities:
  
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department heads, offering financial insights to support operational decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business performance and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with accounting and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  
  qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a substantial background in leadership roles.
