      Job Description


      The FP&A manager is responsible for the financial projection and analysis of all facets of Raffles & Orient Express Brands global activities, with the objective of improving accuracy of forecasts and reporting, increasing transparency throughout the organization, preparing and providing relevant financial information to the different stakeholders (management, operational teams…), in order to support the management and development of the division.
      This dynamic and highly motivated individual will also directly support the SVP Finance Raffles & Orient Express on strategic projects and initiatives.

      Primary Responsibilities :

      • Prepares and loads financials in Accor tools (Budget, Last Estimates)
      • Prepares financial information and financial presentations for Raffles & Orient Express management
      • Analyzes monthly / quarterly / yearly worldwide financial performance of the Raffles & Orient Express division (actuals vs budget).
      • Liaises with Accor Group FP&A and Consolidation teams on reporting / performance analysis matters.
      • Drives budget and reforecasting process across Raffles & Orient Express organization, in line with Accor Group guidelines and corporate calendar.
      • Proposes and implements best in class financial/operational process that will bring improved insights into performance and its drivers, and therefore better and faster decision-making.
      • Supports Raffles & Orient Express team on financial follow-up of projects and share regular update with management.
      • Liaise with Raffles & Orient Express VP Finance Ops, Orient Express team and accounting teams to prepare closing (follow up of provisions, guarantees, key money etc.).

      Main complexity / Critical issue in the job

      • Short time limit to prepare financial disclosures
      • Heterogeneity and urgency of the top management requests


      Qualifications


      Professional experience / Qualifications

      • Approx. 6-10 years of Finance / FP&A experience
      • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance / MBA
      • Prior experience in the hospitality industry
      • Project management experience as a plus
      • Fluency in English & French
