      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the School of Medicine’s annual budgeting process and financial quarterly forecasts
      - Analyze actual vs. planned reporting and track key clinical operational metrics
      - Provide consulting and strategic support to clinical departments and senior leadership
      - Manage relationships with various stakeholders through trend analysis and scenario planning
      - Assist in the development of financial reports and performance indicators for the School of Medicine

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience with a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and 3 to 5 years in FP&A
      - Strong knowledge of GAAP or GASB, finance policies, practices, and systems
      - Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry
      - CPA (inactive) preferred
      - Advanced skills in spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis
      - Strong interpersonal and consulting skills at all levels within the organization
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume environment
