- Contribute to the elaboration of the strategy for the Fragrance & Beauty Division for the market including distribution with the objective of reinforcing brand equity.
- Building and implementing a medium-term and long-term business plan for retail, wholesale and e-business including operations.
- Building and monitoring budgets
- Managing forecasts and smooth flow of supply chain
- Analysing profitability by account and POS
- Understanding current and future business trends in the market, anticipate challenges and provide appropriate solutions with a focus on brand equity and retail excellence.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to define priorities and putting in place excellent practices in trade, events, media, and other promotion activities in line with commercial priorities.
- Responsible for delivering the retail opening plan locations and projects.
- Driving a client-centric culture to champion long term client engagement Team includes operations and training.
- Setting high standards in all aspects of client service. At all times, ensuring that service provided is in line with company standards. Proactively partnering with Learning and operations team to address shortcomings in client service identified through client surveys or other feedback.
- Ensuring the visibility and the Brand’s image are in line with CHANEL’s requirements throughout the network.
- Managing performance and results of each sales network with request of corrective actions implementation when needed.
- Animating commercial relationships with distributors and develop suitable partnerships.
- Instilling an uncompromising culture in which image comes first.
- Acting as role model / brand ambassador in terms of communication, behaviour whether with internal or external customers, thereby inspiring the teams to do the same.
- You have a passion for management, client experience, and luxury cosmetics business.
- As a people manager, you are engaging, communicative, performance minded and have a decisive strive for continuous improvement. You combine empathy with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Business acumen, marketing skills, analytical capability, and ability to play the role of orchestrator by influencing as well as building trust amongst markets.

- University degree
- You have min 5 years of management experience within the Luxury Cosmetics industry, FMCG.
- Native speaking in Turkish
- Fluent in English, good written and verbal communications skills. French would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate an affinity with and a passion for luxury cosmetics – either directly from the industry or via relevant Luxury or FMCG experience
- Have the cultural and organizational sensitivity/agility to work closely and collaborate with each of the markets as well as with the F&B Division
- Demonstrate Leadership and Communication skills despite remote management
- Foster local empowerment and team development
- Being comfortable in navigating complexity and supporting change on an ongoing basis
- Building collaborative relationships and actively driving collaboration across teams in the area as well as with stakeholders
- Always looking to learn from and help develop the people
- Being knowledgeable about the history and rich culture of the brand.
The Fragrance and Beauty(F&B) business is complex and competitive, with pressure coming both from traditional 3-axes brands and, more recently, from niche players. CHANEL has a strong dynamic launch and campaign plan across all three axes, while keeping strategic focus on long-term brand development.
The Employee shall be responsible for consolidating and developing the positions of the Chanel brand for the Turkish Fragrance and Beauty market, in accordance with the sales and financial objectives defined by the Turkey General Manager.
