- Lead and manage framing operations on high-value commercial projects
- Supervise and mentor junior superintendents and field crews
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, fabrication, equipment, and modeling
- Ensure compliance with safety standards as the on-site competent person
- Collaborate with project leadership to drive schedules, quality, and innovation
- Travel within Colorado as needed (housing and per diem provided)
- 12–15 years of experience in wood framing and construction supervision
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Proven leadership of large framing crews (50–80+ people)
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working full-time in mountain towns (e.g., Vail, Telluride)
- Willing to travel to projects in Avon, Eagle, and Colorado Springs

About the Company
A well-established, self-performing general contractor with multiple offices across the Rocky Mountain region is seeking a seasoned Framing Superintendent to lead large-scale wood framing operations. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term client relationships, the company emphasizes a culture of teamwork, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The Opportunity
This is a site-based leadership role focused on managing framing operations for commercial construction projects ranging from $35M to $130M. You’ll work closely with a framing project manager, project engineer, and junior superintendents, overseeing a crew of up to 80 people.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
