- Assist with all local and regional marketing approvals across retail and licensee submissions
- Localise global social content for our regions in partnership with Southeast Asia agent
- Maintain updated sales materials including brand decks, sales sheets and welcome packs
- Create regular E-Newsletters for external partners with franchise and retail updates
- Assist with key trade events through managing invite lists, product samples and virtual presentations
- Assist with tracking changing trends in the region on digital, broadcast/content, retail and competitive landscape
- Coordinate creation of monthly creative report to capture product and marketing executions for reporting and future inspiration
- Coordinate weekly retail updates in the APAC Weekly for senior management
- Maintain databases and tracking documents where required
- Assist with the preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential partners and retailers
- Help with other adhoc tasks as required to support the team
- Presentation of project to the management team at the end of internship
- Proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop
- Detail oriented and organised, with exceptional prioritisation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent communication and a great team player

Job Description
Reporting into the Director Franchise Strategy, Retail and Marketing, the Franchise and Retail Marketing Intern will support our licensees and retailers activities across our Consumer Products lines. This intern work alongside the Commercial Intern across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and India.
