What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve business performance goals for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees, focusing on sales, profitability, and network growth
- Facilitate annual planning and business reviews with Franchisees to assess and align on performance goals
- Track and analyze data to provide coaching and recommendations for Franchisee improvement
- Support Franchisees in remodeling and opening new restaurants, ensuring compliance with operational specifications
- Coordinate training support and facilitate communication between Franchisees and cross-functional partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and sound business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in strategic coaching and consultation
- Proven ability to build credibility and trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
