- Adherence to brand standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Employment credit and background check required

We are looking for a Franchise Owner/Operator to lead our Bay Bulls Foodland, located in Bay Bulls, NL.
