What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and monitor various fraud detection reports to detect fraudulent activity
- Document research findings and actions on cases for possible referrals
- Contact customers to validate information and confirm authorization of transactions
- Remain current with emerging fraud trends and activities through training and workshops
- Assist with loss prevention, detection, and recovery analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar financial setting
- Knowledge of Regulations E, CC, GG, and V; the FCRA, FACT Act, Bank Secrecy Act; NACHA, and Visa Operating Rules
- Specialization in bank fraud prevention, detection, deterrence, and investigations
- Intermediate to strong understanding of financial transactions

- 2+ years of financial fraud prevention and detection experience
