      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review account activity to identify risks and prevent losses due to fraudulent activity in member accounts
      - Process ATM and debit card disputes while maintaining case documentation and databases
      - Assist in identifying fraud trends and recommending fraud detection strategy changes
      - Report fraudulent activity that meets Bank Secrecy Act reporting requirements
      - Collaborate with various lines of business to review suspect membership and loan applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of related investigative experience with an emphasis on consumer account fraud
      - 4-year college degree or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong knowledge of banking products and services and current fraud trends
      - Familiarity with banking regulations such as the Uniform Commercial Code and Regulation E
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and excellent customer service skills

      - Experience in identifying and investigating fraudulent activity in financial institutions
      - Advanced written and verbal communication skills
      - Familiarity with specialized applications and systems used in fraud detection
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting for regulatory compliance
