Job Description

- 1st & 2nd shift, multiple schedules available.
- 3rd shift, 4, 10-hour days, Sunday-Wednesday, 9pm-8 am.
- Receive incoming and initiate outbound calls to cardholders to verify suspicious debit card activity.
- Multi-task, multiple screens, and talk-and-type while on the phone with cardholders and financial institutions.
- Maintain and exceed high level of quality and productivity standards.
- Demonstrate professional and respectful interaction with internal/external customers.

SHAZAM is looking for call center professionals who can help identify and reduce fraud to protect cardholder accounts and minimize financial risks to our financial institutions. Must be able to work in a fast paced inbound and outbound call center environment that includes a variety of duties. You will acquire a comprehensive understanding of fraud case management through our fraud detection system, identify emerging fraud trends, and assist in the mitigation of fraudulent transaction activity within your first 30 days. What We Offer:
Starting annual salary from $42,000 to $48,000.
*Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
