What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns
- Handle inbound servicing calls and perform fraud verification, including caller authentication and transaction verification
- Collect necessary information to complete fraud reports for unauthorized account activity
- Ensure proper follow-up or escalation based on call outcomes
- Make outbound calls to verify account activity with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service environment, particularly in handling fraud or security-related inquiries
- Familiarity with digital banking products and services
