      Role Summary

      The Head of Talent will be responsible for setting the brand talent strategy and overseeing all talent relations for FP Movement. This candidate will be responsible for building the brand strategy and oversee the management of key influencer, celebrity, and athlete relationships. This candidate will ensure that talent is integrated in all of FP Movement's marketing campaigns and channels. Candidate must have experience in brand marketing channels with a focus influencer talent management with ability to analyze KPIs such as conversions, sessions, sales, and follower growth.

      Candidate must be able to identify and connect with external influencers, celebrities, partners, and internal stakeholders alike on the development, execution, and recapping of all marketing campaigns and key programs. This candidate must represent the brand to deliver rich campaigns that reach new and re-engage existing customers. This person must be strategic, analytical, collaborative, organized and, creative with a proven track record of establishing impactful marketing campaigns that exceed business goals and drive sales.

      This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.

      Role Responsibilities

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Lead all brand talent short and long term strategy
      • Continue to scale influencer partnerships that drive rapid growth and sales for FP Movement
      • Research and pitch relevant, on-brand influencers to ensure all new partnerships align with our brand vision and community goals as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing efforts.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, Merchandising, Creative) to accurately communicate brand priorities and objectives to influencers.
      • Develop close relationships with influencer ambassadors in order to maintain a strong level of communication on a day-to-day basis.
      • Oversee measurement of program(s) to ensure relationships are driving sales, sessions, awareness and follower growth.
      • Own contract negotiation for all influencer partnerships.
      • Management of all campaigns from the development phase through execution. Responsible for communicating campaign updates, timelines, and trafficking creative for approval through Asana and to stakeholders.
      • Lead and continue to scale influencer partnerships that drive rapid growth and sales FP Movement
      • Create thorough influencer recap reports that include complete measurement of all campaigns to evaluate business growth and analyze future opportunities.
      • Oversee junior team members for scheduling of influencer content to ensure brand marketing campaigns are sufficiently supported and align with activity on Free People O&O channels.
      • Oversee campaign recaps and process including analytical reporting from all channel managers and teams.
      • Oversee measurement of program(s) to ensure marketing channels are driving sales, sessions, awareness, and follower growth.
      • Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital, Merchandising, Creative) to accurately communicate brand priorities and for post-campaign reporting
      • Experience working with creative teams from graphic design to production. Work closely with internal creative team to ensure best practices, guidelines, and instructions to help guide influencers producing content deliverables.
      • Research and pitch relevant, on-brand casting for marketing initiatives that align with our brand vision and community goals as well as seamlessly align with and support our brand marketing effort .
      • Stay on top of competitor marketing programs industry trends, relevant campaigns and digital media advancements in this space
      Role Qualifications

      SKILLS REQUIRED:
      • 10 years relevant influencer & talent marketing experience at a brand and / or agency
      • Influencer relationships
      • Professional & fitness instructor relationships
      • Ability to ideate and execute full funnel talent strategy
      • Ability to manage a large scale budget
      • Strong presentation skills
      • Excellent communication skills, internally and externally - ability to interface with leadership, athletes, peers and manage a team
      • Leadership experience
      • Passion for health and wellness
      • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team environment with strong time management skills
      • Experience evaluating and negotiating influencer contracts
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Travel and some weekend hours are a requirement of this position
