Outbound Engagement
Respond to DMs and comments, engaging with followers in a friendly, on-brand tone.
Monitor tagged content and mentions; manage reposting and interactions
Escalate customer support issues to the relevant internal teams
Scheduling & Posting
Manage content calendars
Publish posts, reels, and stories in line with campaign timelines
Track post performance and engagement metrics
Content Development
Ideate social-first content concepts
Write engaging captions, keeping copy consistent with TOV and style guides
Blaze a trail when it comes to trends (formats, audio, memes) to inspire new content
2-3+ years experience managing social accounts for consumer-facing brands (travel or lifestyle is a plus)
Berlin-based
Comfortable writing short-form, engaging copy in English
Familiarity with content planning tools and basic reporting
Solid eye for design and visual storytelling
Highly organised, independent, and communicative
Adobe Creative Suite, Brandwatch
Experience sourcing and working with UGC
Passion for travel, culture, and international communities

Role Overview / part-time - (24h or 32h p/w)
We’re seeking a creative, proactive Freelance Community Manager to bring the Omio brand to life across social media channels (particularly TikTok). You’ll be responsible for community management, content development, asset coordination, and scheduling posts. Working closely with our content and brand team, you’ll help elevate our voice, boost engagement, and inspire travel across Europe and beyond.
