  Job Purpose

  • Ensure the Azure roadmap is used to help LeasePlan decide on future solutioning

  • Enjoy Solution design and deployment (Azure, Intune, MFA and Windows 365 )

  • Assist in the Governance of the Azure suite in terms of application and add-on management

  • Create functional design documents, prototypes, and working examples of solutions

  • Want to translate business requirements, challenges, and requests into meaningful solutions

  • Have a solution 're-use' mindset, use what we have rather than reinventing

  • Assist entities in making choices regarding custom solutions, to prevent additional cost

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy, retention and security when building solutions

  • Utilise DTAP principles to bring a solution from development safely into production

  • Follow internal ITIL Change Management processes and ensure safe transitions into production

  • Identify opportunities where the Microsoft suite could save costs and replace a legacy solution

  • Maintain skills and knowledge regarding your area of responsibility, keeping up to date with the latest technical developments and trends and feed this knowledge into our internal forums and workgroups.

  • Work with the relevant support teams, change and adoption team, and service delivery managers to ensure the successful and efficient use and adoption of our technologies.

  • Act as level 3 architectural consultant to L1 and L2 teams where necessary

  Skills Requirements – Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a similar position

  • 3+ years’ experience using Azure AD, Intune and MFA

  • Ability to work on own initiative and well within a team both face-to-face and virtually.

  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience in working with partners that will work to deliver Modern Workplace solutions ensuring they meet defined standards and are fit for purpose.

  • Experience with scrum and Agile projects

  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting Azure SSO integration with SaaS and App Proxy.

  Skills Requirements – Desirable

  • Strong working knowledge of Azure end-to-end infrastructure and design

  • Experience with the other components of Azure always desirable

  • Experience with Windows 365 a bonus

  • End user lifecycle management experience a plus

  • Business Analyst skills useful

  • Any code check-in tool such as Azure DevOps would be advantageous.

  • A creative and pragmatic approach when it comes to defining solutions.

  • An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
