Job Description:
Employer is seeking a Freelance Technical Recruiter to join our team and support our recruiting efforts with government clients. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with hiring managers. This is a 1099 position for up to 10 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with government clients
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
