      Who We Need

      Looking for a gateway to an exciting role that's a far cry from your average desk job? Are you detailed-oriented, skilled in logistics, and itching to join a tech-driven venture? If so, you are the Logistics Coordinator we've been looking for. We need your keen eyes and logistical prowess on our team. As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll use our groundbreaking tech to handle more customers, meet greater challenges, and stretch your capabilities - all with a fraction of the effort.


      What You'll Do:

      • Shipment Tracking and Management: Track and manage shipment levels across multiple locations to ensure timely arrival and departure.
      • Customs Documentation Coordination: Prepare and manage necessary customs documentation for international shipments.
      • Shipment Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of shipments, ensuring they meet deadlines and customer requirements.
      • Carrier Management: Manage relationships with carriers, including rate negotiations and compliance with service agreements.
      • Compliance Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.


      What You Need:

      • Expert in Export Documentation & Shipment Processes: Proven ability to prepare, review, and manage all required documentation for international shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
      • In-depth Knowledge of Incoterms: Strong understanding and practical application of Incoterms in day-to-day operations.
      • Container & Freight Management: Skilled in managing containerized shipments (FCL/LCL), coordinating with carriers, and monitoring shipment flow to ensure timely delivery.
      • Customs & Compliance Expertise: Thorough knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, and international trade regulations, with proven ability to prepare and file customs declarations accurately, ensuring all shipments meet compliance standards.
      • Carrier & Vendor Management: Experienced in handling carrier relationships, including rate negotiations and adherence to service agreements.
      • Shipment Booking & Tracking: Expertise in booking shipments through carrier websites, as well as overseeing end-to-end shipment movements across multiple locations.
      • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate in English (C1 level, written and verbal).
      • Client Management: Experience working directly with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
