      - Ensure case accuracy and assemble case documentation
      - Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
      - Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer
      - Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
      - Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude during customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of customer service experience
      - Ability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation
      - Strong attention to detail and computer navigation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealership
      - College degree
