What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome and provide introductory information to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to the site
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for clients, including room allocation and issuing room keys
- Ensure accurate database entry for room bookings
- Verify inbound and outbound travel manifests
- Process cash and debit transactions, balance cash, and complete related forms
- Assist in the completion of reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word
- Attend toolbox, safety, and other meetings
- Utilize Property Management Systems for efficient operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hotel guest service agent or in administrative roles
- Experience in a remote camp environment preferred
- Completion of post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business/Office Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service, organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with working in a remote camp environment
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts/day, 7 days/week, for 14 consecutive days
- Cross-cultural awareness and understanding of challenges associated with cultural differences
- Solid keyboarding skills with attention to detail in document accuracy
- Team player who works respectfully and cooperatively with others
