- Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
- Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
- Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
- Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
- Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM – 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability needed

We are looking for a front desk agent to join our Team! Our Homewood Suites by Hilton is located off I-90, two miles from Walden Galleria Mall and Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Downtown Buffalo businesses, Erie County Medical Center, and KeyBank Center are within 20 minutes. Buffalo Zoo and Buffalo Canalside are also nearby. Our hotel has 77 spacious suites, including a separate bedroom and in-suite kitchens. We are an extended stay hotel. We serve a daily complimentary breakfast to our guests. The Homewood Suites by Hilton/Buffalo- Airport is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. • Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval .Pay range: $16.50-$17.50
