      Work Location: Miami Beach, FL
      ***Flexible Schedule Required***
      ***Saturday - Friday - Morning 6:30am-2:30pm , 2:30pm-11pm & 10:30pm-7am***
      Pay Rate: $15.60/hr
      The Front Desk Attendant must have strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. This position also requires the Front Desk person to be detailed oriented and able to multitask. In this position you must have a approachable and friendly attitude, able to meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; and accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms.

      Qualifications

      To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work.
      Education/Experience/Knowledge:
      • Minimum 1-2 years Front Desk experience.
      • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
      • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Buildinglink).
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
      • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
      Special Requirements:
      • Ability to lift 30 -- 50 lbs.
      • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
      • Phone etiquette.
      • Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
      • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
      • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.
      • Problem Solving.
      • Ability to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.
      • Organized and detail and customer service-oriented.
