      The Front Desk Associate is responsible for supporting numerous administrative duties for the site. This may include, but not limited to, coordinating site activities, assists with operational reports, site event planning, coordination and support of travel and coordination of facility related needs and more. This position reports to the Site Director and staffs the front desk lobby of the site.


      In this role you will:
      • Staff the reception desk located in the lobby
      • Create positive experience with each interaction with our employees, candidates, new hires, vendors and community members who enter our facility; and will be the company’s ambassador.
      • Bring positive engagement, smiles and warm communication to all who enter the lobby area creating great first impressions
      • Ensure visitors complete necessary forms for check-in
      • Provide visitor/vendor badges and follows security protocols
      • Greet and welcome new hire classes and hand off to training
      • Assist with candidate office visits as representative of the Site Director as needed
      • Greet walk-in candidates and assist with information to help them apply online or utilize kiosks in the lobby
      • Distribute all ResultsCX mail timely and route to the appropriate stakeholder (Provide to Site Director and/or site HR Leader)
      • Observe and report any concerns that occur with employees, vendors, suppliers entering and exiting the facility to Human Resources
      • Facilitate pay checks that are live to employees who pick them up by getting sign-off and verifying photo ID
      • Engage employees who may be separating to speak with a manager and requests Exit Survey to be done on a computer
      • Facilitate the returning of company issued equipment
      • Update call center information boards
      • Assist with completing and facilitates expense account and Comdata card processes
      • Assist with weekly and monthly reports
      • Assist with the execution of site events
      • Organize travel logistics for employees and visitors
      • Assist with site communication drafts and site presentations
      • Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary

      We are looking for someone who has:
      • Professional appearance which includes business casual attire
      • Associate degree preferably in business or related field
      • 1-2 years experience in similar position
      • Strong Business orientation
      • Professional disposition and demeanor towards all employees
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral
      • Fast learning ability
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills
      • Confidential approach to all areas of support and maintains confidentiality
      • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong excel, word and PowerPoint
      • Administrative experience (a plus)
      • Call center experience (a plus)
