      JOB SUMMARY:

      Greets all club guests and members and assists them entering facility, answering general questions, opening/closing club and ensures account information is correct and current


      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      1. Sells retail and other products and services
      2. Processes member paperwork and other documents
      3. Greets and farewells each member upon entry and exit in most cases learning member names
      4. Schedules programs or services in systems for members
      5. Answers general sales, services, and facility questions raised by guests or members
      6. Answers and manages all calls and ensures professional and friendly manner
      7. Updates member/guest database
      8. Assists Supervisor by reviewing membership status at member check-in and helps member understand membership status
      9. Opens and/or closes the club as required
      10. Conducts locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean club
      11. Serves alcohol when required in conformity with state law and internal policy
      12. Serves food when required in conformity with state law and internal policy
      13. Ensures facility is kept clean and safe at all times
      14. Follows all health and safety requirements such as, but not limited to, physical distancing, regular surface cleaning, cough/sneeze etiquette, regular hand washing, and not coming to work when sick
      15. Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
      16. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
      17. Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
      18. Maintains regular and predictable attendance
      19. Other duties as assigned

      Requirements

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

      Degree: H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 6 months’ customer service or concierge experience preferred


      OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

      Ability to transfer between various club locations; excellent customer service and relationship building skills; knowledge of telephone and in-person customer complaint resolution and de-escalation techniques. CPR/FIRST AID/AED certified, Alcohol/ food certification as required
