Position Opportunity
The HR Receptionist serves as the front-facing representative of the Human Resources department, providing exceptional customer service to employees, applicants, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting HR administrative functions, and assisting employees with HRIS systems.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
· Maintain organized office environment orderly, stocking and ordering of office supplies and materials
· Answer and route incoming HR-related calls and walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
· Perform intake messaging and schedule appointments for HR team members.
· Greet and assist employees, applicants, and visitors at the HR front desk.
· Retrieve and distribute incoming mail and packages for the HR department.
· Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization.
· Distribute manual paychecks to employees in coordination with Payroll.
· Maintain and update visitor, drug test, and check distribution logs.
· Monitor and manage the HR Kiosk; assist employees with accessing and navigating ADP, the timekeeping system, and badge-related inquiries.
· Collaborate with HR team members to support onboarding activities and daily HR operations.
Other Human Resources Responsibilities
· Maintain tracking and dashboard for reporting on regular basis
· Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion
· Compete all required Company Training
· Comply with all safety and human resources policies, practices and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: High school degree required.
Related Experience: 1+ years of experience in administrative role preferred.
Knowledge/Skills Experience:
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal and external partners.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Familiarity with food manufacturing or related industries a plus.
· Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
