- High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of experience in general office or clerical work.
- Ability to multi-task and provide customer service in a professional office environment.
- Works well with others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Main office suite security access
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party
- Food/catering orders & deliveries
- Student and visitor questions
- Assist with Concur for faculty, student, and prospective candidate travel
- Assist with keeping office supplies stocked in storage closet – making re-order lists for Business Office and keeping storage closet organized.
- Submit work orders as needed, including orders of door/desk name plates for new employees
- Assist with department meetings and events – setup, breakdown, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
