We are seeking individuals who are looking to gain work experience- whether with previous experience in customer service or brand new to the work force!

The Fullerton Club (previous Meridian Sports Club) is a sports club in the heart of Fullerton, California.

*IMPORTANT: ALL NEW HIRES ARE REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE IN THE MORNINGS DURING THE WEEK FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF TRAINING**

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Mon- Fri: 5:30 am to 9:00 pm

Saturday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

SUNDAY: Closed.

Front Desk will be responsible for greeting all incoming members. We strive for excellent customer service!

Other job duties will be, but not limited to:

Checking members into an internet portal check-in system.

Basic knowledge in using a computer.

Basic knowledge of billing issues/inquiries.

Daily transactions & POS system.

Disbursing towels to members at front desk area.

Having knowledge of all club policies & being able to explain it to members or guests.

Operating a multi-line phone system.

Knowledge of all departments.

Daily tasks at the front desk which includes check lists & paper work.

Making daily calls on the decline list (those who owe us money for their monthly memberships)

This is a job that requires multi-tasking.

It can be a casual environment due to it''s nature but you will be expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times.

ALL types of experience is welcomed!

No experience is necessary- this is an ideal job for those who want to gain experience in customer service or fitness/gym industry!

Flexible hours are available but we are looking to hire those who have full availability or PLENTY of availability.

Shifts are typically 3-5 hours but can fluctuate daily or weekly depending on availability of staff AND due to pandemic shortened hours, that will also vary.

You are required to be on your feet at the front desk, during shifts. You must be willing to be OK with times it gets extremely busy and times it gets extremely slow.

We are only looking for serious candidates and those who are wanting & willing to learn.
