      Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for:

      • Greeting Visitors - welcoming guests, customers, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
      • Answering Phone Calls
      • Handling Inquiries - providing information and assistance to visitors, customers, and callers
      • Maintaining Reception Area - ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
      • Checking in/out members/guests
      • Basic Office Tasks - assisting with tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and other administrative duties
      • Collect program payments
      • Sell programming
      • Attend paid trainings and meetings and learn new skills
      • Schedule will be approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, depending on the needs of the branch
      • Provide a positive outlook and experiences
      • Friendly and team-oriented
      • Adaptable to changing situations
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities
      • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
      • Professional customer service and communication skills
      • Responsible for quality and accuracy
      • Ability to learn new programs quickly
      • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and web navigation
      • Creative and Innovative
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Attend paid trainings and meetings, and learn new skills
      • Bilingual is helpful, but not required
