      About Travel Visa Pro & Passportology

      • Travel Visa Pro specializes in helping travelers obtain international travel documents such as US Passports, Travel Visas, Legalizations, Apostilles. Established in 2009, it has grown to over 150 service locations nationwide by 2024.
      • Passportology assists with virtual mail, package handling, service of process/registered agent, and new business registrations.

      Position: Front Desk Receptionist

      We are seeking a customer-friendly, team-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve our clients at our busy office in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco, near Post and Mason St. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with mail, passport, visa, legalization/apostille applications, and ensuring a smooth process. This is a part-time role with shifts from 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, and weekend shifts from 10:30am-2:30pm, Monday through Saturday. Flexible hours available; qualified candidates may be considered for full-time.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
      • Manage incoming inquiries and process mail for virtual clients.
      • Assist with document pickup, drop-off, and payments.
      • Guide clients through application forms, verify documents, and resolve issues.
      • Provide tailored advice on travel document requirements and services.
      • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

      Ideal Candidate Qualities:

      • Punctual, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Experience in reception and mail handling roles preferred.
      • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Team player, flexible, and customer service-oriented.
      • Able to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
      • Background check required.
