      POSITION SUMMARY:

      Our client is seeking a Front End Engineer for a Remote based position in USA.

      The main function of the Front End Engineer is to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.

      Responsibilities

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

      • Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces.
      • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
      • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications.
      • Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support.
      • Identify, escalate and document production impact issues.
      • Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities.

      Qualifications

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Should have 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
      • Must have minimum 5+ years’ experience with JavaScript and React.
      • Must have minimum 5+ years’ experience with building customer-facing products.
      • Must have minimum 5+years’ experience with ability to design user-friendly interfaces and understand user needs.
      • Must have minimum 2+ years' experience building backend services in any language.
      • Should have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
      • Should have Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
      • Should have ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
      • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
      • Should have knowledge of computer hardware and software.
      • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
      • Knowledge of good UX design, REST API design and product design.
      • Should have expertise in the frontend space with Javascript, React, Redux, Rxjs and in the backend space with either C#, Nodejs, Java or Go.

      • A competitive pay range of $53/hr - $61/hr (depending on experience).
      • Position Location: Remote (USA)
      • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
      • 8 paid holidays per year + 1 floating holiday.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
