- Align student education and residential services with IEP and ILP plans.
- Assist residents with residential programs and daily routines.
- Complete required record-keeping, data collection, and documentation.
- Select and supervise activities suited to each resident’s capabilities.
- Attend program and behavior meetings, orientation, and training sessions.
- Perform household chores, with or without student assistance.
- Ensure residents are dressed appropriately, respecting their rights and dignity.
- Advocate for and protect clients' rights per current policies and procedures.
- Maintain a mature and positive attitude with residents, staff, and guardians.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus ONE of the following:
- Associate degree in Human Services, Education, Counseling, Psychology, or similar field.
- 2 years full-time (3,000 hours) working directly with children (verifiable, paid or volunteer).
- Combination of college credits and working with children that equals the above.
- Parent of a child over 7 years old.
- Physical requirements include (but not limited to) bending, stooping, overhead reach, kneeling, lifting a child if needed up to 50lbs.

Sunday 7:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Wednesday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
