- To ensure excellent customer service and maintain the speed and accuracy of orders.
- To support kitchen staff in preparing meals according to Hardee's standards.
- To maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter or kitchen.
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
- Responsible for taking orders accurately and handling payments.
- Prepares food and ensures top quality standards are met.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.
- Assists in the training and development of new employees.
- Follows Hardee's policies and standards regarding food safety and hygiene.
- Supports the team in ensuring efficient operations during shifts.
- Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality customer service.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in fast food or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to learn and use point-of-sale (POS) software.
- No minimum education requirement: training is provided on the job.
