      Job Title: Frontline

      Pay: Based on location, experience, and qualifications.

      Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

      Work Location: In person

      Purpose of the Position:

      • To ensure excellent customer service and maintain the speed and accuracy of orders.
      • To support kitchen staff in preparing meals according to Hardee's standards.
      • To maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter or kitchen.

      General to the Role:

      • Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
      • Responsible for taking orders accurately and handling payments.
      • Prepares food and ensures top quality standards are met.
      • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.
      • Assists in the training and development of new employees.
      • Follows Hardee's policies and standards regarding food safety and hygiene.
      • Supports the team in ensuring efficient operations during shifts.
      • Performs other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

      Requirements for Success:

      • Friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with people.
      • Capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing quality customer service.
      • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
      • Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
      • Prior experience in fast food or customer service is preferred but not required.
      • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
      • Ability to learn and use point-of-sale (POS) software.
      • No minimum education requirement: training is provided on the job.
