Department Overview:
Opened in 2021, Leopold's Books Bar Caffè is your night owl friendly neighborhood bookstore, bar, and coffee shop open till midnight. Featuring espresso, craft cocktails, wine, beer and a superbly curated bookstore organized by country of origin, Leopold's has weekly events including free live music, wine tastings, and book events. We have recieved national acclaim for our cocktail program, including being profiled in Punch Drinks "Where to Drink in 2023" and on Eater.com.
Fabiola's Spaghetti House and Deli, Leopold's sister restaurant in the space adajcent, opened this November. Fabiola’s Spaghetti House & Deli is a tribute to the traditional red sauce restaurants that once graced Madison's historic Greenbush neighborhood. Fabiola’s menu draws inspiration from Madison’s bygone supper clubs and our neighborhood’s rich Italian and Jewish heritage. Our deli serves classic Italian sandwiches, bagels, bialys, traditional Jewish appetizing, salads and soups from 10 am to 3 PM. Dinner service, including pastas, steaks & chops, and old school Italian American classics begins at 5:00 to 10:30 PM.

Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $8.00 to $15.00 Number Of Positions
8 Position Summary/Job Duties:
Leopold's Books Bar Caffe and it's new sister restaurant Fabiola's Spaghetti House and Deli looking to hire personable and outgoing bartenders, servers, baristas and backwaiters.
No previous service experience is necessary however applicants with restaurant experience are preferred. Applicants are expected to be able to work 2 shifts per week.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant work preferred although not necessary for the right applicant. We hire based on personality not experience.
