      The Front Office Host is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Park Hyatt Chicago as a Front Office Host. A Front Office Host is responsible for creating memorable connection with every guest.         • Previous hotel Front Office experience is preferred
        • Knowledge of reservations systems preferred (Reserve/Opera/Colleague Advantage)
        • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
        • Knowledge of Forbes ratings/standards is preferred
        • Refined verbal and written communication skills
        • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
        • Must have physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during duration of shift
        • Open availability required, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
