The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.       A jewel of Strasbourg’s history since 1387, Hôtel Maison Rouge – Autograph Collection embodies the French art of hospitality in an elegant and refined setting. Ideally located in the heart of the Grande Île, surrounded by ancient stained-glass windows and a hushed atmosphere, our 5-star establishment offers a timeless escape. Fully renovated in 2021, it features 131 rooms and suites, a 150 m² sensory spa, and a service marked by delicacy and care.

      YOUR MISSION
      As a true ambassador of excellence, you are the maestro of our guests’ welcome and well-being. Working closely with the teams and management, you bring the spirit of Maison Rouge to life at every moment, with passion and attention to detail. As an inspiring leader, you coordinate front office and concierge operations while contributing to the hotel’s overall strategy.

      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
      Team Supervision: Up to 14 team members (front desk, concierge, guest relations, luggage service)

      Guest Experience & Quality
      • Deliver a warm, exceptional, and personalized welcome to every guest
      • Ensure bespoke touches are provided for VIP clientele
      • Guarantee a flawless stay experience, from arrival to departure
      • Respond swiftly and thoughtfully to guest feedback

      Team Management & Leadership
      • Unite, supervise, and nurture a dedicated and passionate team
      • Foster a positive dynamic within the front office and concierge teams
      • Train and onboard new talents with high standards and kindness
      • Lead team meetings and support individual growth

      Performance & Organization
      • Optimize occupancy rates and ancillary revenues (upselling, parking, etc.)
      • Collaborate closely with all other departments
      • Ensure smooth scheduling aligned with forecasted activity
      • Enforce Marriott standards and 5-star requirements
      • Participate in the development of annual budgets

      Operations & Coordination
      • Monitor reservations, group bookings, accounts receivable, and deposits
      • Maintain daily liaison with all hotel departments
      • Actively contribute to the property’s overall strategic direction

      PROFILE SOUGHT
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury hospitality
      • Guest- and operations-oriented with a strong service mindset
      • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire
      • Excellent command of French and English (a third language is a plus)
      • Recommended knowledge of systems: OPERA, MARSHA, MGS, EMPOWER
