- Assist with majority front office, work with management staff
- Prior Authorizations with HMO's, Eligibilities
- Document chief complaint/medical history/update medication list
- Request/Gather all necessary data for each patient medical record
- Maintain a clean/organized work area including lobby and reception area
- Check in, Collect Co-pays
- Stock office/medical supplies and request supply orders timely based on inventory needs
- Minimum 2 years Paid Experience in a Medical Setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be organized, detailed, and professional
- Verbal and written communication skills
- EMR skills required
- Previous Pediatrics and OR Dermatology background

Top rated specialty medical group in Irvine, CA has an immediate opening for an experienced Medical Front Office. Position is working all front office experience in a Pediatric/Dermatology Medical Group.
Summary:
Position: Medical Front Office with Pediatric/Dermatology
Assist with front office, work with physician and management staff
Greeting, answer phones, enter patient demographics in system
Facility: Pediatrics & Dermatology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00- $20.00 per hour DOE
Location: Irvine, CA
Days: Monday- Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 5PM and Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 12PM

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Some patient assistance will be required. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
