      Front Office Night Manager

      Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Front Office Colleagues are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Showcase your interpersonal strengths as Night Manager where you will lead, train, and recognize your team in support of exceptional guest service!

      Salary Range: $65,000 - $69,000 gross annually, based on previous experience and education

      This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in August 2025.

      Job Duties Include:

      • Familiar with all policies and procedures relating to the Front Desk, Security, Reservations, Royal Service, Guest Services, Health Club, Housekeeping and Night Audit.
      • Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operation
      • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
      • Be knowledgeable with all emergency procedures and ensure that they are kept current and adhered to in all areas
      • Conducts and coordinates timely reviews for the overnight team
      • Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth management of operations, including Accounting with the balancing of accounts
      • Complete end-of-day reports, and balance day accounts for the Accounting department
      • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, and prepare posting of adjustments and revenue write-offs
      • Ensure that a high level of guest satisfaction is achieved at all times and that complaints are handled efficiently

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of one year previous proven supervisory experience
      • Passion for guest service
      • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
      • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
      • Experience with a hotel loyalty program an asset
