      Job Description

      We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and staff.

      Monday-Friday 7:30-4:45pm

      Responsibilities

      • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
      • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
      • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
      • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
      • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
      • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations.
      • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Professional appearance and demeanor.
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
      • Customer service skills.
      • Experience with administrative support and secretarial tasks.

      Work Environment

      The role requires a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The receptionist will work in a front office environment, utilizing a multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office Suite to perform daily tasks. The position involves frequent interaction with clients, visitors, and staff, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
