Job Description

- Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing
- Support and assist the Customer Service team
- Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations
- Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with office equipment and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to handle tasks independently
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- At least one year of directly related or closely related experience
