      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while managing a high volume of phone calls and front-desk activity. The ideal candidate will be organized, courteous, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
      • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette
      • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone
      • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized
      • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed
      • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, and basic filing
      • Support and assist the Customer Service team
      • Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth front office operations
      • Support internal team members with administrative or clerical tasks as requested

      Qualifications

      Requirements:
      • Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
      • Comfortable managing a high volume of phone traffic in a professional manner
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Proficiency with office equipment and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems)
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Dependable, punctual, and able to handle tasks independently

      Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or GED Required
      • At least one year of directly related or closely related experience
