      Position Summary

      Front Office Representative assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office which includes telephone and patient reception, scheduling of patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, maintaining non-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments.


      Minimum Qualifications

        • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
        • Minimum Experience: One (1) year experience working in a medical/business office setting. Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations, medical terminology, computer scheduling systems, and bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
