      Job Description

      As a Front Office Services Agent, you are the heart of guest experiences, seamlessly balancing the roles of porter and guest service agent. From providing warm welcomes and efficient check-ins to attentive departures, you ensure every interaction reflects five-star excellence. By managing communications, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting with luggage, you will set the tone for exceptional service, making each guest stay even more memorable.

      FULL TIME and PART TIME roles available

      Qualifications

      What you will bring to the role:

      • Full Driver license is a must; confident driver both automatic and manual cars (critical as part of duties)
      • Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
      • Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
      • Ability to deliver luxury service in line with brand standards in a fast paced environment
      • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
      • Full availability over a 7 day a week roster will be a distinct advantage
      • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
      • Must be located in Adelaide and ready for an immediate start
