- Coaching & Training the Team members
- Responsible for performing the services assigned to his/her shift in the best and most appropriate manner.
- Supervise and support of the Front Office team.
- Handling any guest complaints.
- Direct daily front office operations.
- Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems.
- Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
- Arabic female candidate preferred.
- A warm, friendly personality and a passion for hospitality.
- Supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality.
- Confidence to manage shifts and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
- A calm, organised approach under pressure.
- Excellent communication with both guests and the team.
