      Responsibilities Include:

      • Greet and check in patients upon arrival

      • Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and outstanding balances

      • Obtain and scan photo ID and insurance cards

      • Verify insurance coverage and assign correct insurance in HST

      • Assist with check-out process and ensure patient flow is maintained

      • Prepare daily deposits and end-of-day financial packets
      • Create new patient charts in HST

      • Prepare patient charts

      • Schedule and confirm patient appointments as needed

      • Assist with general office duties and maintain a clean, professional front desk area

      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent

      • 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)

      • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic operations

      • Proficient in computer systems and EHRs (HST experience a plus)
