Develop HTML/CSS-based templates in Braze and Account Engagement to support personalised, dynamic messaging across channels.
Build and manage UI components in Directus for marketing-driven page experiences.
Lead the configuration and ongoing optimisation of Braze , Directus , and WalkMe , enabling marketing and sales to run impactful self-service campaigns.
Create digital adoption journeys in WalkMe to onboard users, promote features, and drive engagement.
Actively participate in product discovery and user research alongside Product, Design, and Business teams to uncover needs and opportunities.
Solutionise technical approaches collaboratively, balancing feasibility, scalability, and user experience.
Translate business goals into platform capabilities, leading requirements gathering and validation sessions.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
Enable international Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, supporting both local and global needs.
Ensure smooth execution of self-service journeys, improving UX across Directus-powered frontends.
Monitor and optimise messaging flows and user onboarding paths to maximise effectiveness.
Champion the adoption of marketing technologies and continuously explore opportunities to enhance their effectiveness across the business.
Leverage tools like SEMRush to support SEO-related initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with search strategy and optimisation .
Work with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude to analyse content performance and user behaviour, generating insights that inform both marketing strategy and product development priorities .
Actively collect feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on platform configurations, improve user journeys, and drive greater adoption and business impact.
3+ years of experience in a dev role, with strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Demonstrated expertise with Braze or comparable marketing automation platforms , with a background in MarTech, CRM systems , or implementation/platform operations .
Practical experience working with Directus or other headless CMS platforms , including the ability to design, configure, and deploy custom UI components for dynamic frontend rendering.
Experience setting up and managing flows in WalkMe or equivalent digital adoption platforms.
Track record of working in cross-functional teams, especially in product discovery or design-thinking environments .
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward practical, scalable solutions.
Comfortable leading discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join Global’s growing Product & Marketing Technology function. This dynamic, cross-functional role will focus on enabling and scaling our self-service and Global’s marketing capabilities by bridging the gap between Marketing, Sales, and Product .
You’ll play a critical role not only in technical implementation but also in product discovery and solution design , working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to explore opportunities, validate hypotheses, and shape the best implementation strategies.
You’ll be responsible for delivering robust and flexible Frontend MarTech solutions - implementing and optimising platforms such as Braze , Directus , and WalkMe to support marketing automation, customer journey personalisation, and seamless user onboarding experiences internationally.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to make a visible difference in the business, delivering scalable, user-friendly technology that empowers both marketers and customers.
