- Managing clients’ travel reservations from initial request to completion; this includes coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, and other travel needs for clients.
- Process cancellations, alterations and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled
- Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances.
- Remain current on value we provide to each customer
- Be responsive to client’s needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
- Intermediate or Advanced experience on Sabre is a must.
- Experience arranging domestic and international travel for multiple corporate clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
- Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English.

As an After-Hours Travel Consultant in the FROSCH team, you will manage clients' travel reservations, including coordinating airline, hotel, and car rental requirements. You will handle cancellations and modifications, keeping clients informed about flight changes. Your role requires adaptability to changing business needs and prompt responses to client inquiries. Working remotely during evenings, weekends, and holidays, you will need to embrace new technologies and demonstrate flexibility in your working methods.
