      Hybrid Working

      We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

      Introduction:

      The role is to ensure timely delivery of FRTB SA QIS and contributing to productinalise the process in daily.

      What will you be doing?

      • Executing the processes from Data sourcing to Calculation of risk Metrics eg: ES, NMRF, DRC covered under FRTB-IMA rules

      • Completing RIS processes for QIS reporting on timely basis,

      • Investigate data quality issues related to FRTB IMA – QIS coordinating with Risk Managers, IT, BAs

      • Manage high quality and accurate work, under tight deadlines (quarterly reports, adhoc reports)

      • Familiarizing with IMA requirements and assist in drafting of process steps and procedure manual

      • Ensuring all Control measures and Governance are complied with in executing RIS process

      • Assist in reviewing the FRTB capital numbers, upload and sign off in Axiom by senior management.
      and strategy; quantify any financial accountability /budgetary requirements; likely timeframe of role activities; the impact of the role on the team/organisation.

      What we’re looking for:

      • Minimum 3+ years of experience in market risk measurements (FRTB exp is preferred) within an investment bank or other financial institution; previous VaR experience is required

      • Knowledge of market risk traded products, methodologies, systems and processes, and regulatory requirements

      Skills that will help you in the role:-

      • First degree in Finance, economics, statistics, or engineering is preferable. CFA, FRM or other related professional qualification is a plus

      • Work well in a team and build positive relationships. Strong programming and database skills with hands-on experience with large datasets and Strong computing skills, experienced with python, Excel Visual Basic, etc.
