What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight of operational and programmatic functions, supervising Program Management Office (PMO) staff and leveraging regional Site Leads
- Manage subcontractor funding requirements and coordinate funding modifications with SCA
- Validate labor, ODC, and travel CLINs on government invoices, ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Act as the program’s Security Manager, tracking personnel clearance status and coordinating with corporate security
- Serve as a liaison between the employer and Government for the Program, interfacing with contracting authorities and technical representatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with 8 years of related experience, or MA/MS/MBA with 6 years of experience
- Minimum of 6-8 years of general experience in organization, management, and administration
- Experience in administrative or managerial activities within the IT sector
- Knowledge of the Navy’s Chain of Command and military correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects across large geographic distances

- Familiarity with enterprise financial and performance systems
