What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with study teams during startup, maintenance, and closeout activities, including document collection and submission to regulatory authorities
- Manage and contribute to the electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with feasibility and site selection activities
- Attend internal/external meetings, supporting scheduling and documentation
- Manage study system access for study teams, site staff, and service providers/vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in English and local language skills as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical trial database systems (e.g., Veeva, RAVE, SIP)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze project-specific data/systems
- Strong customer focus and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
