      • Oversee, guide, and verify deployment of Kerry food safety and sanitation standards across sites in alignment with FDA, CFIA, PCQI, USDA. Conduct expert level review of food safety plans and prerequisite programs to identify and oversee closure of any gaps by the TPM as they pertain to Kerry products.

      • This role requires frequent travel to TPM sites (minimum of 50%) to assess practices, risk and compliance as well as resolving issues and coaching for improvement.
      • This role reports to the VP of Food Safety and Quality for North America, with a dotted line to VP of Supply Chain. The role will have 1-2 managers reporting to it that will support from a system, procedures, risk assessment perspective and can also work directly with TPM’s that need development or readiness assessments.
