What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who want to cancel their insurance coverage
- Provide assistance to customers in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage and offer policy maintenance
- Answer questions about policy benefits, premiums, and other policy information
- Accurately document customer information on the appropriate database
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to quickly gather and record customer information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or retention role
- Knowledge of insurance industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
